Refund Policy

GoPayna ensures fast and secure service delivery.
Refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  1. Failed Transactions
    A refund will be issued only when a transaction fails and the value is not delivered.
  2. Processing Time
    Refunds may take 24–72 hours depending on payment partners and banks.
  3. Non-Refundable Services
  • Successful airtime or data purchases
  • Bills already processed (electricity, TV subscriptions, etc.)
  1. Wallet Funding Refunds
    If wallet funding fails but you were debited, the amount will be returned automatically by your bank or payment processor.
  2. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction ID
  • Phone number or email
  • Date and amount paid
