If your bank deducted money but your GoPayna wallet did not update, the funds will automatically reverse or credit shortly. If not, send proof of debit to support@gopayna.com.

You can reset your PIN in the app by going to “Account Settings” → “Security” → “Reset PIN.”

GoPayna does not add hidden charges. All fees come directly from service providers or payment gateways like Paystack.

10. What should I do if I sent airtime/data/electricity to the wrong number or meter?
For security reasons, GoPayna cannot reverse completed transactions. Always confirm details before payment.

12. How do I fund my GoPayna wallet?
You can fund your wallet using bank transfer or Paystack. Wallet funding is instant once your payment is confirmed.

13. What should I do if I didn’t receive my electricity token?
Send your transaction ID and meter number to support@gopayna.com and our team will retrieve your token immediately. Prepaid users: You will receive a token after payment Postpaid users: You will NOT receive a token, only payment confirmation.

14. Can I withdraw money from my GoPayna wallet?
No. You cannot withdraw money from your GoPayna wallet.

GoPayna is a fund-only wallet, meaning the money you add to your wallet is strictly for:

  • Airtime purchases
  • Data bundles
  • Electricity bills
  • Cable TV subscriptions
  • Exam pins
  • Betting account funding
  • Other digital services available on GoPayna

We do not operate as a bank or savings platform, so wallet withdrawal is not supported.
