Gopayna is operated by GOPAYNA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (CAC RC: 9460298). This policy explains how we handle personal information for the Gopayna app (Android package: ng.gopayna.app).

We collect only the information needed to provide our services:

Account information: name, email address, phone number
Transaction information: wallet activity, purchase history, payment references, and service details
Payment information: payment references processed through partners (we do not store full card details)
Device and app data: device identifier for session security, preferences, and basic usage data
Profile photo: only if you choose to upload one
Support communications: messages you send to our support team
We do not collect precise location data through the Gopayna app.
